Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Alpha OS offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly Plan — billed once per month.
• Annual Plan — billed once per year.

The exact price is shown in the App before you confirm your purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. See https://support.apple.com/HT204084.

You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Alpha OS and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements. Alpha OS is a productivity/accountability tool and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
