Product and usage data. To operate Alpha OS, we process the content you enter in the Service, including daily habits, critical tasks, deep work sessions, scores, journal entries, debriefs, and related performance data you choose to log.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We receive subscription status and billing metadata from that provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Device and technical data. We may collect browser type, device identifiers, IP address, and similar technical information needed for security, authentication, and service delivery.

Push notifications. If you enable notifications, we may collect a device push token through Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send alerts you request.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• Sync your data across sessions and supported devices;
• Process subscriptions and communicate about billing;
• Send service-related messages, including push notifications you opt into;

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can disable push notifications in your browser or device settings. You may update account details in the Service where those features are available.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your country.
